Frigerio Group acquires majority stake in Travel Expert

16/05/2023, TGCOM24 - Following an agreement signed on May 12, the Frigerio Viaggi Group acquired 51 percent of the shares, making it the majority partner in the network, which now has 70 Personal Travel Experts throughout Italy.
