It was a decade of great development for the company, which expanded further with the entry first of Paola, in 1992, and later of Simone, in 1994. Paola, while finishing the High School for Interpreters and Translators in Milan, worked for several years as a tour leader, accompanying groups in Italy and Europe, experimenting live with the tours and combinations proposed by the company and making personal adjustments and modifications to the different itineraries aimed at a continuous improvement of the offer to customers. His choice is a natural one: to follow the product and develop the group segment. Consulting, flexibility, quality and care of the product become his credo: he packages “tailor made” packages, selects the best product from operators, channeling the turnover to a few and transforms the traveler into the protagonist of the vacation, setting as his primary goal the complete satisfaction and gratification of the customer.
Simone follows in his father Giancarlo's business footsteps and with him experiences the first approaches to the market, understands where the company is already strong and what it still lacks: individual tourism traffic is still to be increased and he feels the time has come to open the segment dedicated to Business Travel. She firmly believes that the company should expand 360° and give a high level, all-round service to its clients.
In 1995, from the tourism experience gained by Paola and the strong market need perceived by Simone, the VACANZE MIRATE catalog was born: a careful selection of operators, destinations and vacation packages, with very competitive prices, which will find wide distribution not only among its customers in the agency, but also among several corporate CRALs.
Also in 1995 Giovanni Arnaboldi joined the company, as administrative manager, and with him came some major innovations in this area of the company as well: he redefined the perimeter of the department, brought some innovations in the management of files and identified the need to automate work through the introduction of an integrated operational-accounting management system.
In 1996 Chiara also joined the company and began to follow the administrative part related to transportation. She grows and learns a lot in this segment. She became Technical Director for transportation and began to follow personnel as well. Determined and unstoppable, among her countless tasks today is the entire management of the group's Human Resources. Also in 1996, Frigerio Viaggi's first branch was opened in Milan, to give impetus and support to the Business Travel segment, which was making its first satisfactory appearances.
Simultaneously with the BT segment, the meetings and incentive segment grew and developed. In the following two years, the growth and development of business travel, individual tourism, new schedules and the growth of groups with the MICE seeding raise turnovers, hopes and expectations.
