1999: The millennium is coming to an end, but Frigerio Viaggi continues to grow and expand, both in terms of know-how and services and territorially. In addition to opening another wholly owned branch, the Frigerio family, building on their experience in the industry, wants to clone their format and affiliate new entrepreneurs who have experience in the industry and share values, tools and strategies: Frigerio Viaggi Network S.r.l. was born, which is in charge of opening franchised agencies throughout the country. They are convinced that a group, although small but united and cohesive, can hit ambitious goals.
Territorial expansion of owned agencies also does not stop:
in 2001 the Bologna branch was openedende.
in 2003 Sose Viaggi of Milan was acquired, giving Frigerio a larger Milan office and further spurring the development of the Business Travel segment.
In 2005 the Baradello tourism group in Como was acquired, which has 7 agencies.
Also in 2005, after graduating in Tourism Sciences and some experience, including abroad, for other companies, Carlo Frigerio, the last of Giancarlo's four children, joins the company, working alongside his father in the bus transport operations. He is full of enthusiasm and new ideas starting with the DOOR to DOOR service, which is appreciated by both individual customers and some municipal administrations. He expands his existing clientele, paying special attention to services aimed at businesses.
