- Advanced knowledge of Sabre, Galileo, Pico reservation systems and major hotel and car rental platforms. Knowledge of using OBT platforms also appreciated.
- Good familiarity with customer support and assistance through help desk for booking platforms and internal support.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the Business Travel industry required
